Book Now Terms & Conditions: Offer valid for groups utilizing 40 minimum (300 maximum) guest rooms when booking a program Now - June 30, 2024, subject to hotel availability. The planner must contact a Visit Concord Sales manager to process the lead. Valid on new business only, not applicable for tentative or previously contracted business, cannot be combined with any other offer, advanced reservations are required, maximum payout $3,000. Weddings or other Social events do not qualify for promotion. Reimbursement checks will be paid upon completion of each event during the contract year. Payout on actualized room nights within 60 days. No refund or credit for unused services. Void where prohibited. This group promotion may end at any time.
