Join us for a Noon Year's Eve party with party hats and dancing at the Concord Library!
11:30 am– 11:45 am: Make a party hat craft (While supplies last.)
11:45 AM - 12:10 pm: Countdown to Noon Year’s Eve and balloon drop with dance Party!
Best suited for children ages 2-5 with a caregiver. All ages and abilities welcome.
