The Rainbow Community Center

The Rainbow Community Center of Contra Costa County (Rainbow) builds community & promotes well-being among Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning & Intersex (LGBTQI+) people & our allies.

We provide specific clinic & school-based services to support LGBTQ+ youth & their families. We provide services that promote family acceptance, bring families together & improve their ability to communicate effectively.

Rainbow provides outpatient mental health services, specifically serving lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, & questioning LGBTQ+ communities.

The Youth Program at the Rainbow Community Center is designed to promote self-acceptance and a positive self-identity for all LGBTQ+ youth. We provide education; develop leadership; promote activism; and encourage socialization in a safe-space for LGBTQ+, questioning, and ally youth.
