Keith Burks is a veteran restaurateur and caterer. A business developer and foodie, he not only has been a restaurant owner, but also a consultant to new restaurateurs. He has done catering for bay area sports teams including the 49ers and the Raiders.

The Lettuce Inn was founded by Karen Bell with the aim of inspiring people to work healthy meals into their day, with delicious salads, sandwich wraps, soups and even pies! This food is comprised of many of the superfoods so essential to good health. They are committed to providing our community healthy options for all dietary needs, paleo, vegetarian, vegan, raw-vegan, low-histamine, gluten, nut or dairy free diets and everything between.

Now, Jamel Major and Karen Bell are collaborating. Major is now a co-owner of Lettuce Inn along with Bell, and together they are expanding. Fun fact! The Lettuce Inn was one of the first vegan restaurants Major visited upon becoming vegetarian when he moved to the Bay Area.
