Here is the recipe provided by Executive Creative Chef Marco Arreguin and Puesto:
5 avocados
4 oz White Onion, Small dice
1 oz Cilantro Rough Chop
1 tsp Salt, Kosher
3 oz Habanero Citrus (recipe below)
1) Roughly smash the Avocado.
2) Stir in the Onion, Cilantro, Salt, and habanero Citrus.
3) Add salt if needed.
Habanero Citrus
1.5 fl oz Lime Juice, fresh squeezed
1.5 fl oz Orange juice, fresh squeezed
.25 oz Habanero, deseeded
1) Blend everything together in a blender until smooth.
