Epidemic Ales was founded by three couples with a shared love of beer. They opened Epidemic Ales in 2016 with a focus on creating quality brews with bold and unique flavors, and equally memorable artwork on their cans. Side Gate was founded by two Bay Area natives, Kevin Wilson and Paul Culbertson, who met as coworkers and bonded over their love of craft beer and homebrewing. A mutual dream to open up a brewery was cemented through a business plan and the decision to leave their office jobs to follow their true passion.
All of their beers are brewed on-site and served to you as fresh as possible in the taproom and spacious outdoor beer garden.
